Returns Policy
Your freezies will be carefully packaged and shipped to you in a crush-proof shipping box to minimize any crumbs or breakage. However, it is possible that they may break up a little in transit due to the fragile nature of freeze dried goods. Therefore we cannot be responsible for orders that are unfortunately damaged in transit. Returns and exchanges are not available as this is a custom made item.
We only offer returns or refunds if an error is caused by our staff. If you happen to experience any issues with the quality of your freezies, please Contact Us with your order number and details of the issue so we can work to ensure you are 100% satisfied. If a refund or exchange is needed, we will process it for you at warp speed!
Shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order of freezies. We can ship anywhere in the United States, however we are not currently shipping to international destinations.
Local pickup: Only available within a 15 mile radius of the New Orleans area, or the 70123 zip code. Please choose local pickup as your shipping method at checkout. We will send you a notification when your order is completed and the details for your pickup.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
